Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our airline tickets are non-refundable. A refund is only possible if the policies and restrictions of the travel supplier permit it or if AirlinesUSA approves your refund request. This applies as long as you are not considered a 'no-show,' and we will handle cancellation or refund requests if we can obtain waivers from the supplier.

  1. All airline refunds/future credits are subject to the fare rules, processes, and policies of the airline.
  2. Service costs will be displayed on the payment page in your local currency.
  3. Applicable to adult, child, elder, infant, student, and military passengers.
  4. Service costs for modifications, refunds, cancellations, and future credits are applied per passenger, per ticket.
  5. Our transaction service costs (booking fees) and all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and may change without notice. Our prices are in addition to any service charges or fees imposed by airlines or travel suppliers.
  6. Government taxes and fees are subject to change, and only the final total cost quoted by our agent will be charged to you.

  1. Special Services - All Special Services are provided ONLY upon request and are subject to the airline's assessment and approval following their fare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Name Misspelling - If the name on the ticket does not match the information on the passport or any other globally accepted official ID.
  3. Visa/Passport Decline - Normally, a visa/passport decline letter is necessary to submit a request.
  4. Baggage - Please keep the baggage receipts and tags for reference.
  5. No-show - We require documentation explaining why you were unable to make your scheduled departure.
  6. Denied Boarding - Documentation is needed to clarify why you were denied boarding for your scheduled trip.
  7. Duplicate Tickets - To process a refund request, copies of all tickets with identical itineraries purchased through us will be requested.
